You are correct, I often use Guardian articles as a reference. But I am not condemning the Guardian as a news source; I am condemning your mischaracterisation of the news article as containing eye witness accounts and ACTUAL evidence.

The Guardian article you linked to contains only hearsay evidence, and relies on vague references to vague and unsubstantiated utterances made by Zaka personnel, who have a proven history of fabrication.

To the Guardian's credit, it does also admit that there was a LACK OF EVIDENCE for such atrocities, and indeed the article links to another Guardian article that covers that aforementioned lack of evidence:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/nov/10/israel-womens-groups-warn-of-failure-to-keep-evidence-of-sexual-violence-in-hamas-attacks

As for the UN press release link, I have already debunked this material and Pramila Patten elsewhere. For brevity's sake I will only recap that the report that forms the basis for this release completely lacks evidence, and only claims to have found "convincing information that sexual violence was committed". No evidence. No proof. Just "information".

The CNN article is based on testimony by Raz Cohen, an IDF special forces soldier, who has changed his story so many times as to lose all credibility.

I suggest you read this article, which sums up the debunking well:

https://www.yesmagazine.org/social-justice/2024/03/05/israel-hamas-oct7-report-gaza

"That leaves only two people who claimed they witnessed rape. The government of Israel’s entire case for mass rape is built on two allegations: a source known as “Witness S.,” or Sapir, put forward by the police, and an Israel Defence Forces (IDF) special forces soldier, Raz Cohen. The soldier has changed his story numerous times, making it suspect, while Sapir’s account is so fantastical as to defy belief, as explained below."

As for the last article, I have already addressed this. The article is about an Israeli woman who was taken hostage and subsequently raped 40 days into her captivity - not on October 7.

I condemn the rape, and we should all condemn all rape perpetrated on captives and detainees:

"Palestinians ‘beaten and sexually assaulted’ at Israeli detention centres, UN report claims"

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/mar/05/gazan-detainees-beaten-and-sexually-assaulted-at-israeli-detention-centres-un-report-claims
