Yes I have. I have seen Putin give three hour long open press conferences with Q&A from international journalists, in which even Western journalists were present. These people from NBC, CBS, CNN, BBC and the NY Times have "grilled" him on various sensitive - and what I assume the journos themselves hoped were embarrassing - topics.
