Well, after joining NATO they can now go to sleep each night knowing that somewhere in Russia, there is at least one nuclear missile aimed at them specifically.

That didn't used to be the case for the Finns - now of course it is.

And now the Finns will also be able to sleep knowing there is a large Russian ground force on their border - one that didn't used to be there, but now is.
