Um ... no. The crux of my piece - the very core of my argument - and indeed the point raised by the Russian representative to the UN - is that the "biological facilities" in question were taken over by the US military and have been operated and managed by the US Department of Defense ever since.

And that point is not sourced from anything Russian - rather that basic fact is documented on the website of the US Embassy in Ukraine and in the US DoD "Fact Sheet" referenced in the piece.

We know from US newspaper reporting and from Obama's own speech what the US has been doing there in Ukraine - FOR 30 YEARS.

Tell me, Christopher, if the Nunn-Lugar commission in 1991 empowered the DoD to simply "dismantle and remove" bioweapons from Ukraine, WHY are they still operating these facilities THREE DECADES LATER?

I remind you that the US State Department has confirmed the existence of these facilities, and the US Embassy and DoD have confirmed that they are under the supervision of the US military. WHY?????
