This is pure propaganda. If you care to do a little research, you would see that the ICC indictment of Putin is based solely on a report prepared by a Yale University think tank that is funded directly by the US State Department. Yale, of course, is known for providing most of the leadership for the CIA and other shadowy deep state entities in the US government (just look at the Bush family).

But aside from all that troubling aspects of the report's provenance and purpose, the study that ICC sites is contradictory in itself.

While the Yale report says that children are being sent to Russia, that same study also says that the kids are being treated well and that the vast majority are being sent with their parents' permission.

The report cited by the ICC also says that most of the children are returned on time in the time frame agreed with the parents.

It should also be noted that the report used by the ICC to justify the charge of "forced deportation" has no direct observation reports of either the children or the "camps". It is a blatantly political document.
