The agreement contains a very specific definition of genocide. I suggest you read it - especially the words "in whole or in part". The IDF does not have to destroy all the Palestinians in order to commit genocide. They just need to target the Palestinians because they are Palestinians.

And that is EXACTLY what Israel is doing.

Israeli leaders from Herzog on down have said repeatedly that "there are no innocent Palestinians". That means perforce that ALL Palestinians must be targeted.

Much of the UN definition of genocide revolves around "intent". And again, Israeli leaders have continuously expressed their intent to commit genocide. Certainly Yoav Gallant's order to cut all electricity, water, food, etc. to Gaza showed genocidal intent, along with Bibi's invocation of the Amalek.

So yes, what's going on in Gaza is TOTALLY a genocide.
