That is just fatasy propaganda from Ukraine's Defence "Intelligence" agency (DIU). They are truly a thing to marvel at: they continue to weave the most convoluted and yet comprehensive webs of pure propaganda. Amazing that they get people like you to believe them ... and to also believe - as you do, I assume - that the UAF has captured dozens of North Koreans but they all die during capture so none of them can be interviewed or photographed.
