Thank you for this article. The Poles are Russophobic in the extreme. They are also the most enthusiastic members of NATO. They are extremely bellicose and they are sycophantically subservient to the USA - indeed, Poland sent the fourth largest contingent of troops to fight in the US's illegal Iraq war.
You are not the first person to raise the spectre of a Polish-triggered WWIII. The Poles and the Baltic States are chomping at the bit, eager to go to war against Russia.
Or, better said, they are eager for NATO (read: USA) to go to war against Russia.
The Baltic States were rabidly anti-Soviet. All three countries fielded their own Nazi SS Divisions and killed a lot of Russians at Stalingrad and elsewhere.
With Poland, the Russia hatred goes back 300 years - Russia and the Germans (Prussians) have been dividing and conquering Poland for centuries, so Russophobia is by now part of the Polish DNA.
Polish "volunteer" soldiers have been dying by the thousands in Ukraine. Russian troops report that most of the enemy the radio traffic they intercept is Polish.
So many Poles have died that the Polish government has approved the payment of death benefits to the families of Polish volunteers killed in Ukraine.
