Sorry, but that is the most egregious - and most debunked - conspiracy theory of all.

The rest of what you have written is simply a regurgitation of the dominant narrative, which portrays Putin alternately as Hitler or Peter the Great, and then buttress it with totally unfounded charges of imperialism.

I suggest you get a map and locate all the US military bases in the world, count them, and note where they are located. Then do the same for Russia. You will see how utterly bootless your charges are.
