Sorry, I should have been more clear: I should have said "born and raised" because the phrase I used was something that American children learned from old Bugs Bunny cartoons and Three Stooges shorts. I read that you are a federal attorney, but that doesn't tell me much. My ex sister-in-law is a civil engineer for the State of Connecticut, but she was born and raised in Venezuela. You yourself could have easily been born and/or raised in Haifa, for all I know.
