I am not implying that what Putin says is true. I am only saying that putin is pretty plain-spoken when he says what the Russians believe.

If you want to find out what the official position of Russia is, and what Russia is saying they will and will not do when it comes to international relations, then listen to Putin's speeches.

After all, if anyone had actually listened to his speeches in 2021, this war could have been avoided (assuming the US even WANTED to avoid a war after having spent 15 years and $5 billion preparing for it).
