Slava Ukraini means Glory to Ukraine.

Sieg Heil means Hail Victory.

Both phrases are seemingly innocuous in themselves. It is the context given to them by fascists that make them special.

Bandera was not a member of the NSDAP - he didn't need to be, he already had the OUN and the UPA.

And they were quite enough to satisfy any bloodthirsty psychopath like Bandera.
