So I have to ask - where did you get the idea that Putin's acknowledgment of a self-defence scenario was somehowe a threat? Is that how things are in your world? If I attack you, you still don't have theright to attack me, and if you express a policy that you will retaliate if I attack you, I denounce you as issuing THREATS?
