"Or do you think that today America qualify better than Russia as a fascist state ?"

I believe that America is fascist in that it is in the grips of "inverse totalitarianism".

We know that Mussolini and his followers first defined fascism as the merging of corporate interests with state power.

Indeed, fascism is the ultimate expression of capitalism. This is why fascists hate Communism - and THAT is why they are so beloved by the Americans.

The USA is a totalitarian state, but it is NOT fascistic like Mussolini or Hitler. Under 20th century fascism, the corporations were subservient to the State. The corporate oligarchy were allowed to operate freely, make obscene profits, but they had to operate at all times in the interests of the State ("Deutschland Ueber Alles").

US fascism works the other way around - in America, the corporations tell the State what to do, and the State must at all times operate in the best interests of the corporate oligarchy. That is why we call it "inverse totalitarianism".

This inverse totalitarianism is, BTW, also the fundamental framework for WEF-style globalism - i.e., no nation states, no nationalism, no populism - just transnational corporations calling all the shots.

It's like the original Rollerball movie, where the world of the future is run by 7 giant corporations. Harry Harrison was a prescient genius.
