OK you may have seen that instead of using the word "illegal" or "prohibited" I used the German word "verboten" which, when used in an English context, conveys more of a contextual meaning. I left it vague on purpose because I was not able to quickly find the latest legal status or procedure in force.

Likewise with the court order. I had seen the term "court order" used in various online sources, but I don't really know what that means in Israel, so I added the modifier "essentially", which is even less specific than "virtually".

I am surprised that you, as a hasbarist extraordinaire, don't know these little conventions.
