OK so you have clearly drunk the Carville KoolAid — namely “what didn’t you like, the peace or the prosperity?”
This is all propaganda. Yugoslavia wasn’t peaceful. Neither was OK City or Waco. And the families that were affected by the loss of AFDC weren’t prosperous. Clinton presided over a giant tech bubble that had little to do with his policies.
As to whether or not the Clinton economic “boom” had to do with GOP policies, it is clear that the surplus was due to tax cuts, not tax hikes.
But let the Republicans explain:
