This map shows you how Ukraine was always divided:OK so you are just regurgitating the dominant narrative. The NYT article explains the coup. But there are many articles explaining this. You can choose to ignore them if you want.

Ukrainians did not want to be party of either NATO or the EU. Especially in the East, the businesses, factories and large scale enterprises were all intertwined and interdependent on Russian businesses, Russian suppliers, Russian investors. This was inherited from Soviet times. It is normal.

The Ukrainians knew that joining the EU would have severed all those ties and put them out of work. Which is what happened.

This map shows you how Ukraine was always divided:

Here is a poll taken by the US based Pew Research Center:

source: Pew Research

“The Pew Research survey found that nearly half (46%) of Ukrainians said that Russia is a good influence on their country, and nearly six-in-ten Ukrainians (58%) cited Russia as their country’s most dependable ally.”

The Maidan Coup was proven by the Estonian FM at the time, and has since been proven through investigations and testimony. It was the Maidan Nazis who were killing people.

This guy was leader of the C14 Nazi gang who provided the muscle for the Maidan Coup. He happily admits that they were the ones that made it happen.

You are only setting yourself up for a rude awakening once Russia wins and the truth comes out.
