Bush II pulled out of the ABM treaty, and then Obama violated the INF treaty with missile bases in Poland and Romania. Then Trump pulled out of the INF treaty altogether.

And we all know who was lying about the Minsk Accords - and it wasn't Russia.

But my article goes deeper than all that. It is all about Russia trying to set up a buffer zone around itself while the British were trying to conquer that buffer zone to put pressure on Russia itself. That zone was in Central Asia, which si still where much of the action is today as we fight Cold War II.
