Not really. There was such a thing as the Nazi Party during WWII. They did have certain beliefs - beliefs shared by the Banderites.The Nazis did exterminate Jews, Poles and Russians in the "Bullet Holocaust" - a Holocaust in which the UPA enthusiastically participated.

Finally, there are Nazi symbols, Nazi salutes and Nazi chants, all of which are used by the Ukrainian nationalists today.

This is not something that is pushed by Russia. Western media and news outlets were writing extensively about Ukraine's "Nazi problem" -- right up until February 2022.
