No. They are not true. There are neutral observers, also funded by the West, who report the truth.

For example, Mediazona:

They report only 84,000 Russian soldiers have died.

Then there is the Levada Research Center, which is funded by the American CIA-sponsored NED (National Endowment for Democracy) and which reports that conditions in Russia are very positive and the people support both Putin and the war.

Then there is just the inevitable "outing" of the truth.

Take Bucha for example. This was a 100% staged event that was created by Ukraine and MI6 in order to distract the West from the fact that a peace agreement had been negotiated between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul.

The truth about Bucha has recently been exposed in a public trial of a Czech Mercenary who fought with the Ukrainian neo-Nazi Sich Battalion in Bucha. The Ukrainian staged the "massacre".
