No. It is a state that is going to see economic growth in 2023 - however modest - while the US and the West slide into recession.

And it is doing this while the West is imposing "unprecedented" economic sanctions on Russia.

To me that is the exact OPPOSITE of a failed state - it is a state that is string, resilient, patriotic and unified - in short, everything the US is not.
