LOL. Amer, do you believe there was ever a "Cold War" between Russia and the West?

I believe there was such a Cold War, and it lasted from 1945 until 1991.

I then believe that the Cold War was unilaterally suspended by the US and the West when the USSR collapsed and Boris Yeltsin took power and "opened up Russia to Western investment".

I then believe that the Cold War was unilaterally re-started once Putin took office and started jailing oligarchs and putting a stop to the looting of Russia by Western interests.
