Like the NYT, do we?

"Ukraine Burns Through Ammunition in Bakhmut, Putting Future Fights at Risk"

https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/16/world/europe/ukraine-ammunition-bakhmut.html

"Shortage of Artillery Ammunition Saps Ukrainian Frontline Morale"

https://www.nytimes.com/2022/06/10/world/europe/ukraine-ammo-shortage-artillery.html

The article you link to says the increase in 155mm ammo production will come IN TWO YEARS. Putin will be sitting in Kiev by September OF THIS YEAR. That story is just a bogus attempt to placate various interested parties.

But the REAL stories about the lack of ammo and Ukraine's failure in the fight are starting to break through even in the NYT.

It seems the MSM are trying to prepare people like you for the truth: Ukraine is lost and was nothing more that a vain attempt to "weaken Russia" through a massive and evil waste of Ukrainian lives and US taxpayer money. And the only ones who benefitted were US arms manufacturers and US energy companies (aka US political donors).

Meanwhile, Russia is pumping out 40-60 T-90's a month.

And as far as chips are concerned, I suggest you google "Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC)". It is based in China.
