Kolomoisky was not jailed for his far-right views or for his role in building up the Nazi militias that Yats threw at the Donbas in 2014. If anything, he was lionised for his "patriotic" actions and was even gifted the Governorship of Dnipropetrovsk following the Maidan coup BECAUSE his forces were so pivotal in ensuring the success of that coup. This is a matter of historical record.

Kolomoiski was under FBI investigation for financial crimes as far back as 2019, was put under US sanctions, banned from the US and so it is small wonder that someone in the Biden DOJ made a call to Kiev and had him (and some other financial criminals) arrested. Washington pulls the strings in Kiev surely you can admit that.
