Kagan is a bloodthirsty warmongering psychopath, just like his dad. Peterson is a nut case who is arguing that Putin invaded because the U.S. allows the use of non binary gender pronouns (or some crazy thing like that).

In both cases, they argue that it was "American weakness" that encouraged Putin to invade, when we know it was decades provocation and threats that forced Putin's hand.
