It is very clear that these men were MERCENARIES who fully intended to go back to their lives (a lot richer) after the operation. They were NOT not Islamic jihadis, and they don't even seem like they are good Muslims.

And the fact that the US issued a statement 55 minutes after the attack began stating that it was ISIS and "definitely NOT Ukraine" tells me all I need to know.

Two years after Nord Stream, no one knows who was behind it - it's a mystery. But the Moscow attack? Not even an hour went by. The US named the culprit 2 hours before the attack wqas even concluded.

Ukraine has launched dozens of deadly terrorist attacks in Russia - they have admitted to them. Why they don't want to take credit for this is a mystery, but I bet that at some point Budanov or Malyuk will blurt out that yes, they were the mastermind. They just cannot help themselves.
