It is NOT OK to kill people and take their land (unless, apparently, you are an a European settler in North America or a Jewish settler in Israel).

In fact "settler colonialism" - i.e., creating a state by killing indigent people and stealing their land - is the great commonality that ties the USA and Israel together. It is unfortunate, but true.
