Ask yourself: Ukraine had 1 million men in the UAF in 2022, and now Zelensky is forced to drop the age of forced conscription to 18. Would he have to do that if Ukraine were winning?

All men of military age (18-60) have been forbidden from leaving Ukraine since 2022. Would they have to pass such a law if they were winning?
