I see that you are the one of short memory. The current conflict in Ukraine started in 2014 wwen the US engineered a coup d'etat that sw Nazis take control of the key levers of government in Kiev. The "interim" Prime Minister Yatsenyuk, hand-picked by Victoria Nuland and US Ambassador Pyatt, wasted no time in organising a gemocide in the Donbas to "cleanse the land" of what he called "subhuman" (later changed to "inhuman") ethnic Russians.
