I don't need to rely on propaganda. It is quite sufficient to rely on simple facts and the documents published by the US DoD, Dept. of State, etc. - as well as the pronouncements of US officials like Obama and Victoria Nuland.

Why isn't Dr. Fauci managing these activities rather than Victoria Nuland?

If the bio labs were taken over by the US in order to "decommission" and make safe any dangerous pathogens inherited from the Soviet era, why is the US Defense Department still actively "managing" these facilities 30 years later?

Please dispel any potential "propaganda" aspects by providing some logical and credible answers to those very basic questions. Thank you in advance for your help!
