I deny, specifically and intentionally, all of the things you have described as "undeniable".

1) Russian forces near Kiev were never defeated. They were withdrawn as part of a "good faith gesture" associated with the PEACE AGREEMENT that Ukraine had negotiated with Russia in the weeks following the start of the conflict.

From March 29. 2022:

"Russia says it will reduce military operations near Kyiv as peace talks continue"

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/world/russia-says-it-will-reduce-military-operations-near-kyiv-as-peace-talks-continue

As reported by REUTERS:

"Russia has completed withdrawal from around Kyiv -U.S. defense official"

https://www.reuters.com/world/us-assesses-russia-completes-withdrawal-around-kyiv-us-defense-official-2022-04-06/

Regarding DPRK troops:

"Pentagon Chief Says Cannot Confirm Reports North Korean Troops in Russia for Possible Ukraine Deployment"

Regarding Syria:

Russia never "controlled" Syria. Syria was an ally Russia paid Syria a LOT of money to lease ports and bases. But unlike the USA, Russia does not make every ally into a vassal.
