I am just a sentient being with a working bullshit detector.

And I was radicalised against the MSM during the Bernie Sanders campaign, when everyone was told that Bernie was a Russian asset and the FSB were working to get him elected. I didn't buy it.

I realised that the simplest explanation for Hillary Clinton's loss in 2016 was simply that no one liked her, no one believed her, and she was just plain unpopular. It was not a Russian plot, despite what literally everyone on TV was telling us.

And of course now we know that "Russiagate" was just one big conspiracy theory.

I learned - quite easily, really - that we were lied into Vietnam, lied into Panama, lied into Iraq - TWICE - and lied into Yugoslavia, Libya, Syria and elsewhere.

These things are all a matter of fact, a matter of historical record, NOW. But at the time, people believed them.

The short answer is that I have irrefutable proof - not to mention a now universal consensus - that the western mainstream media has been lying to us for decades, and it is now painfully obvious that today's "conspiracy theorists" are simply tomorrow's truth-tellers.

As far as Ukraine is concerned, I am not an outlier when it comes to the corrupt and Nazified nature of Ukrainian society - at least not according to virtually every MSM outlet right up to February 2022. They told the truth, until their masters told them to lie.

So if you want to say I am "brainwashed" do not say it was self-inflicted: it was just that I choose to believe Newsweek, The New York Times, the Telegraph, the Washington Post, and even the BBC.

They all changed their view of reality in 2022. I did not.
