He doesn't need the North Korean military. The DPRK and Russia have a mutual defense pact, so there are a limited number of DPRK soldiers in Russia at any time for training and liaison. But they are not needed to fight in Ukraine. There is no evidence - ZERO - that this is happening.

You quote fantasies and call them facts.

As far as modern weapons are concerned, I have just one word for you: ORESHNIK.

The West cannot defend against it.

The West has nothing to match it.

The West cannot even match the Kinzahl hypersonic missiles.
