Have you seen the images coming out of France?

Russia's fear of NATO is rational. Russia's internal strife can explode because people see how good it is with NATO. It is irrational to blame NATO for Russia's corruption and ineptitude.
While point 2 is true, fear that Russia could start a nuclear war is rational.
