Damn straight I am. Because that is what they are doing. At the VERY LEAST, they are guilty of DELIBERATELY killing innocent civilians, which is against international law.

I am willing to bet that if I went through all your social media posts, I would find many instances where you condemned Russia for targeting civilian infrastructure.

International law is quite explicit on this subject: if a combatant party stations troops or ordnance in a civilian structure, and combatants are in that structure, then it is illegal to attack that structure.

Of course, placing weapons and ordnance ina civilian structure is also illegal, but so far Israel has not provided any proof that Hamas is doing that.

In fact, everyone - and especially Israel - agrees that Hamas is buried 60m underground, in a 500km network of tunnels, and cannot be reached by the ordnance being delivered on the surface.

The purpose of the bombing and shelling is clear: to eliminate the civilian population of Gaza.

There can be no other explanation.

It seems to me that, when it comes to Russia, everyone is quite happy to adhere to that law against targeting civilian structures, and I suspect that you are no different.

It is only Israel that seems to be immune from all international laws regarding warfare, civilian populations, use of white phosphorous, torture, and forcing civilians to act as human shields.

And please do not tell me about Hamas not adhering to international law. Hamas do not have a seat at the UN; Hamas is not a signatory to international treaties and conventions. Israel is. And as a signatory, as a member of the UN and the ICJ, Israel has certain responsibilities. And yet Israel ignores those responsibilities constantly. That is why Israel is a rogue state (like the US) and quickly becoming a pariah.
