However that doesn't change the fact that in no way can you call the forced displacement of 800,000 people from a place that is about to be destroyed to a place that has already been destroyed an "evacuation".

The word "evacuate" means "to move people from a dangerous place to somewhere safe".

Khan Younis is not safe. Indeed, as any Gazan or any IDF spox or news reporter can tell you, there is no safe place in Gaza. The IDF can hit anywhere, at any time, and the do.

Since you are born and raised in LA, I will assume that you are a native English speaker. That means you were deliberately misusing the word "evacuate" to deceive and mislead.

Shame on you.
