As I mentioned earlier, I understand you support your country and you want to see it in the best light. I am an American, so I do not have that luxury - 80 years of war, terrorism, violence, coups and assassinations prevent me.

You should know something about the US. Samantha Power, head of USAID, recently told an audience that the US government was giving an "unprecedented" $15 BILLION in direct "cash" aid to Ukrainian workers, to subsidise their salaries, health care and pensions.

This announcement was made at a time when the US government announced an "unprecedented" CUT in SNAP (food stamps) and other assistance programs to US citizens.

Social Security pensions are also being cut - even as the US is giving money to Ukraine to pay Ukrainian pensions.

If you knew how little the US cares about its citizens, you would realise the cynical nature of US aid to Ukraine.

Kiev will never win this war, Bogdan. Biden knows this. The whole US establishment knows this. But that was never the point. The point of this conflict is to "weaken Russia" and force a "regime change" in Moscow. And to do that, the US is prepared to pump "as much money as it takes" into Kiev, so that your countrymen can "fight to the last Ukrainian".

Once it is clear that Ukraine has lost, what do you think the US and the West will do? They will sell you out in a heartbeat, and you will be worse off than ever.

Just look at how the US treats its own citizens. That is what awaits you.
