All the countries you listed had very active Nazi Waffen SS divisions composed of volunteers who wanted to kill Russians. They all got their chance at Stalingrad and elsewhere. So the fact that there was no love lost between them is understandable.

As far as Putin's claims are concerned, the Nazi problem in Ukraine is especially well documented and literally hundreds of articles describing the Banderite Nazi movement in Ukraine were published in the Western mainstream media prior to February 2022.
