A False Flag in Ukraine?
It sure looks like the West and Ukraine are planning something.
General Mark Milley, Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made headlines again this week. The general grabbed the spotlight once more, this time by declaring that “Russia has already lost in Ukraine”:
“In short, Russia has lost; they’ve lost strategically, operationally and tactically, and they are paying an enormous price on the battlefield.”
Milley’s declaration seems strange, given that only months ago he believed that Ukraine was LOSING the war and urged that they enter into peace negotiations with Russia “as soon as possible”.
The general’s remarks also seem at odds with the pronouncements of other westerners, such as NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg, who admitted just the previous day that Ukraine was losing:
“The war in Ukraine is consuming an enormous amount of munitions and depleting allied stockpiles. The current rate of Ukraine’s ammunition expenditure is many times higher than our current rate of production. This puts our defense industries under strain,” he said.
